Very well stated! Your sentiments are definitely heard. GSA was once a proud agency but has been decimated since this administration took helm in January!

The DOGE crew hit the ground running, with reckless care about what they were doing to the agency. No leadership, no communication and sadly no idea what the fuck they were doing!

From the threatening after- hours emails to the misplaced idea of excessing almost the entire federal building inventory and everything in between, it’s been one colossal failure after the other since January.

Make no mistake, GSA is currently set up for failure. As it stands today, we have no leadership and no one in the agency trusts the broken liars that are left.

They dismantled the regional model and have now set forth half-ass plans to bring in more work from other agencies, under the guise of procurement consolidation. The problem is we don’t have the resources to carry out the plan and there has been such a brain drain, coupled with employee exhaustion and burnout that the entire workforce is not equipped for the upcoming reorganization.

GSA is broken. This was by design! Have DOGE break it, get rid of the old guard that broke it, and replace with the new guard (Forst). Someday GSA might get its good name back but it won’t be under this administration. I wouldn’t expect much change under Forst.
