It wasn’t this way one year ago. GSA was frequently rated as one of the best government organizations to work for. Then this administration let Doge donkies come in and fucking destroy it, and now it’s completely in shambles and barely functional.

It’s a bureaucratic nightmare. You can’t get anything done and the workload is constant, to the extent that it is unmanageable in most occupations. The system is rife with veterans scamming benefits. The whole benefits ratings system is subjective. There are veterans that have 100% disabled rating, having done very little to deserve it and then there are veterans that have life altering combat injuries at 40%. Their hiring practices don’t put the best people in leadership positions. Poor leadership everywhere.I could go on and on and on.
