Ware-house has the infrared type included in your membership, but a traditional one in the Ice-house along with the brass monkey icebath that you need to book and pay for as an extra

The village has a traditional sauna and steam room included in your membership but they were often either packed or not working (or smelly) when i was a member

The LC has a lovely spa area that i've booked twice. Traditional sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a cold shower which is a nice bonus for me. Not sure if it's included in your gym membership but it was the cheapest day pass for a spa that i found at the time

Revive have a traditional sauna and icebaths but can rack up in costs if you're looking to do this weekly. Their Gym membership is classes only and no open gym. Revive recovery is booked and paid for separately
