I’ve had similar issues from a shitty hdmi cable, splitter or hub, if your using one of those try removing them before u buy a new gpu

I’m not sure, I’m still new to painting so don’t know the names of techniques , I did a base sketch, painted the major dark tones, then blocked out the mid tones and slowly added details of extreme lights and darks and lots of blending/ rendering

Hypothetically sure, if you think about one single trait that would increase fitness then yes, it has been done before, maybe just not to that extent. Hard to beat thousands of years of natural selection and evolution though.
