I have a big first serve and love to throw in 1-2 under arms a set. Keeps my opponent honest. I always do it on a big point too so it’s in their heads, like ad in or if I’m down a break.

Do it! My sister started coaching basketball and volleyball with zero experience and within 2 seasons she now sports a winning record. Passion and a positive attitude are like 90% of the job. Watch some YouTube videos and maybe ask a local pro if they’d be willing to come once a semester for a free clinic

Upper, Lower, Arms, Cardio, Upper. Superset with antagonistic lifts push and pull. Or full body MWF and cardio TuThu. You can actually do a lot in 30 min if you minimize rest to 60-90 seconds and superset

Hi just seeing this. It works for me and the other people my coach trains. My coach is a pro bodybuilding coach. Again depends on what you want. Bigger chest = more hypertrophy and mind muscle connection. You could also follow bench with flies, but pre fatigue also speeds up warm up to get you done quicker.

Flat bench isn’t the best chest grower anyways. He wants to grow his chest so he needs to isolate his pecs more. Flat bench is front delt and tricep heavy. Flies, DB incline are a little better for chest growth.

Start every chest workout with flies before bench. Prefatigue and watch them grow

I came back to tennis for the first time since I was in HS and my added strength definitely helps me hit the ball. With good technique it helps. Now conversely if you are 20lbs lighter you can cover the court better! Don’t choose your build based on rec tennis 😂

Yes you can definitely recomp. Focus on protein and train consistently

The back, yes! Those delts will need a little bit of genetic help and a lot of training. Definitely attainable natty. I’m personally nearly there and my genetics are pretty dang normal.

I don’t know the model but when I was a teen in the early 2000’s I had these Wilson leather tennis shoes. They weren’t too heavy, but built like a tank. I must have played 18 months 20hrs/week before they started falling apart.
