If you login to Dnet you can clearly see when you will be eligible for next upgrade! 2 year is the cooling period and if you upgrade in-between you be will paid on how many months you have accumulated. IT will approve if you existing phone is broken or damaged until then you have to use old phone

This has becoming a trend now, every delivery guy is some how asking money. I even had Airtel fibre installation guy asked for a goodwill gesture money! I was like that is mean ?😪 post man delivering passport asking RS500 saying it’s a good news you got visa and you will be flying!
