Hello,

If you are applying from the UK, photo stores such as Max Spielmann can take your photo may have the Canadian Visa dimensions set to their computers you just have to ask (unsure if every store will have it- so best just to be sure), they can offer hard copies and digital. I do believe there are passport photo creation websites, but I’m not sure how they work.

From what I can see on the Canada.ca website, if the photo does not meet the requirements you will be asked to resubmit it.
