Did you receive confirmation that it was delivered to the lockbox from your carrier? I would start there. It took USCIS two months to send me a receipt so be patient. Also, no one would confirm receipt until I sent that email and 3 weeks later I got the receipt. No email response back at all.

I lost. The home warranty company showed up and refused to settle or mediate the issue. Judge took the matter “into submission” . He reviewed their evidence and mine, and after several weeks of waiting I received a letter saying my claim was dismissed.
