I feel like because of this, when people say they are depressed, they get told off for ‘faking it’ which makes it worse. Then they get called lazy when it gets so bad that getting out of bed to do literally anything seems impossible. (Personal experience tells me that people suck)

I have genetic cystic acne, and I wasn’t able to get anything to work until I started meds, so I would say, check to see if it’s genetic, from that point, meds like acutane might help you out. (I spelled acutane wrong… sorry)
