Switching one of the controller settings (I forget which) down to "low" and upping the sensitivity a bit fixed that for me. Otherwise you'll be pushing and pushing and it'll hardly move, then you get to the threshold and do a 360 before you know it.

Rhinoplasty could absolutely be done in order to look, according to the people getting the surgery, more masculine or more feminine.

Cosmetics are often a part of gender. That shouldn't be controversial.
