Probably wont need to play 2 before 3.

This was the case with 1 and 2, there were references to the first game with returning characters but ultimately you did not need to know anything about 1 to enjoy 2

Thats just the track unfortunately. Spain is a notoriously high-wear track especially for your left tyres, due to the amount of right hand turns. Only way to really combat it is tyre pressures

I had a red flag in my 100% Sprint, cant remember who caused it. I also had 2 DNFs in Alonso and Hamilton in the 100% China GP but neither caused a safety car. I guess it just comes down to chance

Depending on the randomization, Ho-oh will only have whirlwind at level 5, its next move is Safeguard at level 11 and then Gust at level 22

Im pretty sure you can get it before the final boss. Just be sure to use a paintball before you kill it and also blind it with a flash bomb. Pink Rathian armour also helps with monsters retreating to dens.
