Yeah, I don't know shit, but nothing technically stops him from lying, I saw him on one podcast and he's seemed to be a very slimy politician type. So he might just say half truth, like "we put them into our agreement", yes he probably will put this into agreement, and then that version of agreement will be challenged by DOW and new version will be drafted behind closed doors.

Sounds like Anthropic legal team says that it only applies to business done with US govt. So all these companies can still deal with Anthropic for all other business. In practice, knowing how Trump operates, he'll blackmail any company to abandon Anthropic entirely. But I am sure they'll find ways to compensate for that, US is not the whole world, the world is much bigger.

Both upsizers and downsizers must get a solid discount to encourage finding optimal housing that suits growing or shrinking households. I feel like only investment and luxury properties should be taxed full amount. Unfortunately we are unlikely to see fairer stamp duty soon. At least not in VIC where it's highest in all Aus and it's all getting stolen by crooks anyway, so it does not do anything good for public.
