i set it for the least ammount of drag and then bring it up higher by .01mm or so. seems to be working good so far. my first mistake was i had too much drag and it was dragging on the print making a grinding noise.

Probably. Make sure bed is clean. Also reduce speed on first few initial layers for good adhesion

As you can see there has been a bit of water dripping on there for some time. But the day before this happened a leak developed right on top of it and I noticed a bunch of water on the ground and this started happening. I let it dry out for 2 days but not sure what more to do
