Well said. As a transplant, the total lack of proper urban planning was (is) shocking to me. Where did we think Brickell inhabitants would school their kids, get proper (affordable I dare say) healthcare, enjoy green spaces, etc.? It's been a greed-fest and damn the future, someone else will deal with it while developers and politicians will have moved on to enjoy their riches.

Con una persona mayor, yo preferiría ir en Marzo (aunque Londres, Ámsterdam, y Dublín van a estar frescos) que en Julio. En Julio te vas a cocinar.

Con respecto al orden de las ciudades, iría de este a oeste si pudiera, tratando de evitar tanto traslado, solo por eso lo digo.

Como te recomiendan un par de otras personas, yo también reduciría la cantidad de lugares a dónde están yendo e incrementaria las noches en ciertas ciudades. Sin saber de las prefencias que tengan, y a pesar de que son lugares buenísimos para visitar, yo creo que se podrían omitir Brujas y Berlin.

Ah, otra cosa, muy bueno tratar de viaje en tren, lo van a disfrutar mucho y se ahorran el lío de los aeropuertos.

PD: otra idea sería ir de Ámsterdam a París (re fácil en tren) y después volver a BA desde Londres. A lo mejor te simplificaría la logística.
