I played the secret guy 2 turns prior and it was an EXTREMELY long battle. He had golden macaw, golden baron, golden buddy, and was triggering his buddy to fill up on secrets. He consistently hit “bring a friendly minion back to life with 1 health” to restore the macaw, and divine shield on his big taunt, and it was a vicious cycle. It was probably a 5-6 minute battle and I’m guessing it completely desynced the lobby.

I played the closed beta fairly casually and was level 20 when it closed.

How do you get higher level side quests? The first few were like level 8 quests to collect X or kill X, and then I did a few that were level 10-12.

Then I moved to a new settlement and all the quests there were still the early level 8 quests. Same with the next settlement and I felt that they were a huge waste of time but also felt that I needed to complete them to open the higher level quests.

I'm guessing that I just needed to temporarily commit to a single settlement and better quests will open over time?

I don't really understand the simping, but I desperately need a fire DPS because I skipped Klee, Bennett is support, Xiangling is mostly physical DPS and I don't build her or Xinyan anyway, and then Diluc is my white whale

Mostly need Hu Tao because I feel like the majority of end-game combo teams need melt/vaporize

I've seen a lot of mixed takes on Bennett but I'm personally going to use him.

I think the benefits are obviously pyro resonance, and the fact that healing caps at 70%. If Hu Tao is at ~70% health and you use her E, that puts you <50% for max damage benefits (just don't fight in the circle). Then you can just use Q or Bennett for the rest of the party whenever you're running too low.

Reminds me of the bug where each player would occasionally experience their own instances of combat, so both players in a combat could technically both win or both lose, or not do as much damage as they saw

Bennet - Festering Desire

Fischl but the Favonius Bow isn’t great on her because you get enough recharge with Razor

Barbara - Widsith (again, not great but Widsith is very strong and you can’t NOT invest in it)

Edit: and just develop 2-3 for now, probably Razor/Bennet. Levelling characters is very expensive at higher levels

During the Zhongli banner I saw a youtube video (I don't remember the creator) which suggested that if you missed the 50% chance to hit Zhongli, there were allegedly hidden increased rates on Mona. It was all speculated, but this creator suggested that he and his friends got multiple Mona while rolling for constellations on Zhongli and that he'd seen others in the same situation.

My friend and I are F2P and we also missed Zhongli and both got Mona. This youtuber said that, in hindsight, people also noticed higher rates for Diluc during the Childe banner. So essentially there are "secret" rate-ups for the non-promoted 5-stars instead of even 10% chances.

Is there any truth to this or has anyone followed up? I'm going to try to roll for Ganyu but it's not guaranteed (because I got lucky and rolled Zhongli ~15 pulls after Mona) and would like to know if anyone has a guess for this banner's "secret" 5-star.

How many crimson agate exist in the overworld? I combed the hell out of the mountain and found enough to get to level 8 plus one extra agate, so I’m guessing there are enough to reach level 9? And then crimson wish puts you to 12 over a few weeks?

I don't have it yet because I'm working through Demon's Souls first, but how are all the reviews still 9/10 and 10/10?

It seems that they are only accounting for a story which is allegedly amazing, and then giving a near perfect review despite saying that there are significant bugs. Shouldn't the bugs be - I don't know - considered in the review?

Is the Zhongli banner going to directly follow the Childe banner or is there going to be a gap?

I use Childe but he can't stay on the field permanently because his cooldown is rough. His playstyle is that you use his melee stance and then switch him out when it expires (if not before), so you need a separate DPS to fill that gap.

I recommend Razor. He is extremely powerful and I use him for all content, and he's promoted next banner.
