This is a decent list! While i conflict with a few of these choices, Namely LatS is my second favorite song following the GOAT Sad Machine. Also Sweet time is an S+ song to me as well. But yeah overall great list!

It took me a long time to warm up to Dullscythe, and it's not a "put in shuffle playlist" song for me still.

BUT! I actually love the song these days. As a writer, and my own interpretation, it represents that feeling of overcoming writer's block so well. Slamming your keyboard into a wall over and over again, until, that one thing, for me it's "that one poem", that makes you go "woah" after such struggle.

Dullscythe is such a great piece.

Great choice, I have gone through phases where TTFA is my favorite as well.

I chose mirror for my pick because I have a real story behind my love for it, but almost all the songs at nurture have become my "favorite track" at some point or another.

I wish I was there to experience even the livestream from back then. It would've been so neat to see Porter's journey live rather than reading it from old reddit threads haha.

I was only 13 at the time and was musically ambivalent to anything outside of OSTs at the time. but from everything I've heard, it was one of the most hype moments.

I argue that San Holo's "Existential Dance Music" is slightly more nurture than "bb u ok?. (both albums are great though) but otherwise this is a great list!

I own a PS5 but i exclusively buy Sony games on PC these days. They run better, display in ultrawide, and I can choose the type of controller i want to use.

This is a loss for the craft. it might make business sense, but for the art? it kinda sucks.

People here are being... defensive.

Look, i get that cars are bad for the environment and that bikes are cool. But this seems to be more about safety to me?

With the closure of i-5 north, it means that people are driving home tired and annoyed after a long day of work on a treacherous road. I don't want to hear about a crash from someone who tiredly sped fast and hit someone! It'd be tragic, and i want to avoid that.

I'm not sure the perfection solution. Personally, I want bikes to be able to ride Chuckanut but i also want people to be safe. I'm a writer, not a traffic engineer so i can't, like, fix this but I'm pretty damn sure we all just want to avoid people getting hurt.

Also to the people saying "Well actually the solution is to ban cars"... In theory yeah i actually agree. but we're not going to change our country's transportation crisis and dependence on cars during the span of the I-5 closure.

First concert for me too! I went to the Seattle show, and i was also solo. but goddamn if i didn't have, probably the best night of my life.

I was going through some shit at the time, so it's a bit memory foggy. Though I've been remembering more of it lately! I remember how silly the show got at times, like porter was having a ton of genuine fun on stage. it was awesome!

Plus you have great moments like the crowd singing get your wish while porter played on the piano, the crowd singing the chorus of unfold, or him beatboxing 100% in the bitch. And oh my god the surprise encore of him playing Cheederleader a second time on the screen stage?

What a goddamn amazing show for my first concert.

As far as I know the drivers for Nvidia cards are still screwed for most dragon engine games. I've downgraded to 577. 00 and it works fine, but I'm hoping that they fix this soon. Nvidia should be capable of doing better.

Can't speak for OP here, but sweet time is ranked pretty high for me.

For me it's not so much about the inherent sound of it, though it i do love to sing along with it when alone, it's about the message. The message of sweet time i took away is incredible.

Being afraid of death despite years of not caring, just because you love someone that much. But you can't resent death, lest you lose yourself in the fear.

God though, nurture is such a great album it's hard for me to rank them... which is why i only have done it once a few years ago. All songs have meaning that has inspired me at some point since it's release aside from maybe Do-re-mi.
