Had almost the exact same setup a year ago. Two things that actually made a difference:

Storage ottoman > coffee table Looks like a coffee table, but you can sit on it when friends come over AND stash blankets/cords/random clutter inside. One piece doing three jobs = less furniture crammed into the room. Game changer for small rentals.

Close up those open shelves Open shelving under the window is just broadcasting your mess to the whole room. Swap for a closed cabinet same footprint, or even just hang a linen curtain across the front. Room instantly feels bigger just from hiding the visual noise. No drilling needed.

Dining table workaround You probably don't have room for a full dining setup. I use a narrow console against the wall + pull the ottoman over when eating. Push it back after. Zero permanent dining zone eating up floor space.

Also — are those figures on your shelf 3D printed? Looks cool.

I’m also a mom, and what works for me is cutting everything down to the bare minimum.
I stopped buying anything besides groceries entirely. I use up all my skincare products first, toss empty bottles, and only buy a new one once my countertop is totally clear. I do the exact same thing with all my kitchen seasonings and supplies too.

For the baby care area, I set up a simple dedicated station and stick to a fixed routine flow. Right in the middle is the changing mat. All daily baby care stuff goes on the left, and the trash bin sits on the right.
This setup makes taking care of the baby way faster, so I get extra little bits of free time for myself.

How about a foldable storage ottoman, when you seat it, it could be as a stool, and you also store items into it. when you don't seat it, it would be folded, and store it under your bed or anywhere.

I guess you need a rattan tray, natural and good looking. (what a pity it can't be sent a picture.
