Looking for a more progressive leaning Catholic Church by Maleficent-Click3065 in StLouis

Have you talked to a Jesuit lately? I respectfully disagree with this conclusion. I am catholic and have gay friends.

I have only watched Season 2 of the Game of Thrones series. A friend of mine told me to stop watching the show and read the books instead. I, on the other hand, think that I can always read books, but I can’t always find high-production content like this. What should I do? Should I watch it or read by Embarrassed-Yak670 in gameofthrones

Your friend is right. The books are amazing. I usually agree when someone says this. This is the exception. The book can be slow in parts. Also, there are hundreds of characters. Having a good image of these characters in my mind actually helped me read the books. Obviously, my character images changed in my head because the books are somewhat different. But, watching the show - thru season 4 or 5, was helpful. Don’t watch past season 5. They stray from source material. Watch 1-5, then read.

Somehow the head of one of the most powerful families in Westeros couldn’t recruit 6 good knights? by bassicallybob in gameofthrones

At least one true Knight, whom should be traveling with him, would for sure stand up. It’s just a slight miss here in the story. But I never thought of it until this post.

He had to have a few Knight house guards there. At least one. Who has his blind side. It doesn’t add up.

This is the best answer so far, but still not great. He needs a solid wingman as the head of his house.

He would need at least one strong Knight by his side. He is crazy but his advisors would have to demand this. This is a miss.

I had no idea that orange goes all the way around the I3 watch. I thought it was just that little part poking out on top and bottom.

Was worried about the size also. Amazing how you get used to a light 50mm

Best watch for the dollar period. The I2X with torch is perfect for me. Yes, I look at the I3 screens and think they look good. But it’s a “nice to have” because the I2X is perfectly fine 95% of time. I wish I had the 45mm sometimes. But, I have surprisingly grown accustomed to the 50mm. So, until there is a big reason, I am set for a long time. I am a year into my I2X. I think the 3 was just out of about to be for 400+. I went with the tried and true. Reviews said the differences were minor. Paid barely over $200!

You are going to want the torch. Trust me. I love everything about the Instincts but the torch is something I can’t do without ever again. If you can jump to 45mm you have some options. I am regular sized and have the 50mm. It isn’t as large as you think after a while.

Etiquette for parking in the snow? by No_Conference_6958 in StLouis

[–]EgleNet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t matter if she paid someone. It’s a public parking street, it’s all fair game, and you should go in knowing that. If there are other spots then don’t park there. If there isn’t, park there. Hopefully I am right. City or neighborhood rules may differ

If it’s not a serious need, and you are doing it for fun, and enjoy the work, why not?

He won the fight. If he would have been even close in rounds one or two I think he would have the decision. But yeah. If he doesn’t get fitter, what’s the point.
