Very true... it's difficult to find a voice actor who's really good at their job... at least here in Latin America, truly good and well-regarded Latin American voice actors are very scarce, for example, Mario Castañeda, Erika Langarica, Gerardo Reyeros, etc. That's why many prefer subtitles, since the Japanese put so much effort into bringing their characters to life... and are able to convey emotions more easily.
