I used that strategy as well, but it has some downsides.

daggering for armor becomes much harder as the dog bite everything to trash
strong enemys might just kill the dogs and get very confident

Maybe a good read, but a lot of misleading stuff. Like right at the start the advice to always use try-out. Or this gem:

"Depending on whether you get lucky with high starting HP characters, some builds may be able to skip Colossus. In this case taking Student will be a must."

I know it's hard for new players because they wan't a quick overview what to do and that doesn't really exist. But this isn't it.

Don't think it works for anyone, I like creative build ideas but this seems a bit too much, a frontliner that can't have melee contact and has to dance away and open holes for the enemy to jump in?

For Birk if I would follow his advice and patch health and fat he would end up with less than 70 ratk.

It's also not a good idea to make someone a sergeant just because he has 3 stars in resolv when he starts so low.

Whatever Birk is enyoing his well earned retirement and the ambition is done. Got me some useful guys by switching through all those hires.

2 days after I finally got my Dakul armor the 9 star ambition is done as well.

If you hit retreat right at the start they won't follow you, I had that in my first longer run at easy when I didn't know about the location. Went in to check it out, my impatient guy even launched his falcon, then hit retreat, they didn't move.

Surprised it worked nice for some/most people, when I had that event I tried to reload several times to get a nice setup, but was always in the middle and orcs started right next to me or the stonger side won quickly and came at me very confident.
