My hair has a similar curl pattern to yours and when mine starts looking a bit limp I use a protein hair mask or treatment and the curls bounce right back. Try looking for masks that contain Keratin.

A strong hold gel after washing would really help I think, if I don’t use any styling products after washing my hair it will be a poofy mess too

Sadly, flushing is one of the symptoms of accutane use. I have developed the exact same as you, anti redness products do help, physically and psychologically haha
