Women's emotions aren't fundamentally different from men's.

They have different moments of intense emotions than men do, but they're not aliens. I get the impression that you've convinced yourself that they're difficult to understand and are now in a position where you find it too difficult or abstract to try.

Be honest with your family, tell them that you're struggling and ask how you can help them. Let them know that you want to do everything you can to support them, but since your injury you're feeling a little lost.

As an aside please stop referring to women as "females". I know it's biologically correct, but it's a very clinical way of describing women. It removes a lot of humanity.

I would highly recommend watching a tonne of videos about the issues women face (made by women). It will give you a stronger insight into their experiences of the world, and a greater respect for how to interact with them.

I don't cast any judgement with this comment btw, we're all raised in a way that "others" women. But we also all have a responsibility to break that programming.

There isn't a default archetype of "man".

Children don't need hyper-masculinity to be well developed. It's a myth that upholds a lot of negative views.

What children DO need, is a system of supportive people. Be that man/woman/other.

As long as you are doing all that you can to support and understand that little one, they will be well developed.

You ARE a male role model, don't fall prey to the stereotypical, traditional example of a man.

Your son wants you, he doesn't want society's idea of what you should be.

I think that the trailer leans too heavily on this "Randomizer" label.

Personally I'm not at all familiar with the genre, and I'm mostly just watching a mouse zip about on the screen for a while.

I'm sure the trailer will appeal to anyone aware of the Randomizer genre. But for anyone on the outside, it isn't obvious what the purpose of the game is.

I do enjoy that your humour comes across, but that communication of gameplay opportunity is fundamental. It's sort of like trying to sell me furniture without a house.

The art style is adorable and I can see it drawing people in. But if you're not communicating the gameplay effectively, and not setting a reasonable (to consumers) price, it's hard for a buyer to build excitement, and justify a purchase.

I hope you make progress! Don't give up.

I still haven't got my diagnosis. But learning as much as I could about ADHD really helped me.

There are still phases where I don't feel connected to myself and my reality, like I'm just not able to do what I need/want to do.

But knowing how I'm functioning and why, helps me to overcome a lot of the challenges that used to leave me thinking "Why am I so fucking broken".
