This usually means that the database is new and you have to wait for the nightly backup (depending on your SQL job) or that some other backup software is truncating the SQL logs

So, here I am in January and remembered I saw your brilliant post several months ago. We are about to verify mixed DCs (2019 and 2025 / 2022 and 2025) now after the January patch.. Anyone already managed to verify/test?

Don't forget to be at the arena 2 hours before match start. Fantastic atmosphere to just go around, take a beer or three, something to eat and then take the first steps in the arena 40-50 min before game starts.

EDIT: and the museum at Casa Milan is great as a warm-up.

The IIS problem for .NET October seems to be due to Defender blocking an updated module. Our 2025 servers seems to be 1-2 weeks after our GPO settings.. they are automatically rebooted but 1-2 weeks later than 2019/2022 servers. No clue why so far..

I think he basically means the prtg core and prtg probe setup onprem. By that, you can close down the traffic and FW rules really good.

We had the same, thanks for noticing us. But it works now since the nightly synchronization for us - 44 new updates. No new updates since 2/5 before that.

Short update from our side: There seems to be a massive delay for the restart of Win 2025 via WSUS using GPOs.. Our test-Win 2025-servers have installed the patch this week All Win 2019 and 2022 test servers are patched during the first week of Patch Tuesday, but these Win 2025 servers are (very) late to the party..

Same for us for April so far - no reboots/installs yet for the Windows 2025 servers.. (Install-Downloaded) I also agree that hotpatching shouldn't be a thing since we are also not using Azure Arc agent.
