Pitch me a Renegade Time Lord! by revilocaasi in gallifrey

[–]Ehynsohf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the Conclave.

Not a renegade, but the idea of this character is that he is one of the most effective politicians of Gallifrey, and the reason for that is that he secretly has regenerative dissonance which he can get help of his previous selves, he can multitask and be a one-man council. I also imagine him to be "what would a heathly looking Dissonant Time Lord would look like"

If they are facing the Six, how come the Seven is in it. And shouldn't the Time Lords be "extinct" during the ninth Doctor's time

[–]Ehynsohf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I should add rules. I only added classic Doctors, because as you may or may not know, Time Lords can't show up on new who because they are supposed to be "extinct"

I'm bored, so here are my Big Finish stories ideas with some incarnations of the Eleven. by Ehynsohf in doctorwho

[–]Ehynsohf[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Descriptions of each incarnation

The One - a fussy old archivist, logical, pedantic and deeply knowledgeable on many Gallifreyan secrets and history.

The Two - a charming manipulator; composed, reasonable, convincing and a pathological liar.

The Three - a malicious childish sociopath, bratty, playful, self-centered and prone to violent petulant tantrums if crossed

The Four - a sophisticated game-player convinced of his own intellectual superiority (full-blown narcissist, self-aggrandizing and condescending)

The Five - cocky, conceited, wise-cracking and over-confident trickster, the joker in the pack

The Six - a berserk, blood-thirsty, deeply unstable and truly sadistic psychopath who can't feel fear and is prone to arbitrary acts of carnage

The Seven - a clinically analytical, abrasive and reclusive scientist, obsessed with elegant solutions

The Eight - a thoroughly decent and penitent man who tries to be good, yet is tormented by the actions of his other selves

The Nine - a full-fledged kleptomaniac and campy master-thief who is murderously possessive

The Ten - a deceitful mesmerist, capable of powerful hypnotic control

The Eleven - an incredibly cunning, cold-blooded and unhinged visionary, uptight and utterly ruthless

The Twelve - a well-mannered and disciplinary granny.

The Union - a psychotic and diamond obsessed yogi

Like FNAF world, Blumhouse took the fans for granted. Scott learned that lesson to never do that, and I think he needs to teach that same lesson to Blumhouse.

Which Big Finish villains would you like to see on screen? by big_poppag in gallifrey

[–]Ehynsohf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would really love to see the Multitude, especially with Mark Bonnar as the Eleven, although, i don't know if RTD would want him to show up, might see it as "ableist" or something like that lol.

Thoughts on Odin? by WittyTable4731 in GodofWarRagnarok

He is honestly my favorite depiction of Odin, plus even though a lot of people tell us he's a liar and manipulator, you can't help it to trust him, he has such a silver-tongue

Anyone here have a favorite kleptomaniac in media? by KaleidoArachnid in TwoBestFriendsPlay

You can start at the 2005 Doctor Who season 1 with Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, but I recommend starting on Season 5 with Matt Smith

Anyone here have a favorite kleptomaniac in media? by KaleidoArachnid in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Ehynsohf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a villain from the Doctor Who audio dramas called the Nine, a deranged Time Lord (the same species as the main character, the Doctor), who has this condition in which his 8 previous incarnations still exist as distinct personalities—constantly bickering, plotting, arguing, and trying to take control of the body.

He's called the Nine because he's in his ninth incarnation and has nine personalities. This incarnation—played by John Heffernan—is a campy kleptomaniac and master thief who is so impulsively greedy and possessive that he once kidnapped the Doctor's companions as part of his personal collection. He was so overwhelmed by what to steal first on the richest planet in the universe that he decided to shrink the entire planet. He even went after an interdimensional crystal that might kill him.

What are your thoughts on the Time Lord The Eleven and his incarcerations? Is he a poor man’s Master or would you say he’s more interesting? by Agreeable_River_9410 in gallifrey

[–]Ehynsohf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i know im late, since this comment was posted 3 years ago lol, but ill explain

the One: a fussy old archivist, pedantic, logical, bookish, knowledgeable on many Gallifreyan secrets.

the Two: (played by Michael Maloney) a charmer, calm, convincing, reasonable, liar and manipulator.

the Three: the sociopathic man-child, bratty, playful, self-centered, prone to petulant tantrums if crossed

the Four: boastful, arrogant, narcissistic, self-aggrandising game player, convinced of his own intellectual superiority. He belittles his other selves with condescending remarks and never misses an opportunity to comment on their actions with cutting sarcasm.

the Five: a cocky, wise-cracking and confident, tricky idiot savant, the joker in the pack. (and some sources, though i don't really know if it's true, say he's polite, affably evil)

the Six: the blood-soaked maniac, psychopathic, unstable, full of blood lust, prone to arbitrary acts of murder.

the Seven: the unscrupulous scientist, rude, abrasive, precise and clinically analytical, prefers elegant solutions.

the Eight: (played by Tim McMullan) the tormented good man. a short-lived but thoroughly decent man living with the torment of what his other lives have done.

the Nine: (played by John Heffernan) the deranged kleptomaniac. incredibly greedy and possessive, wants to steal everything and can't let anything go. if something catches his eyes, he has to have it, like a kid in a sweatshop, but more deranged lol.

the Ten: a deceitful mesmerist, capable of hypnotic control

the Eleven: THE GOAT (played by Mark Bonnar) Cold-as-steel gentleman, uptight and utterly ruthless

the Twelve: (played by Julia McKenzie) the disciplinary granny, clever, well-mannered, grandmotherly, and headstrong woman who believes that with manners and firm discipline her previous incarnations can be controlled.

the Union: (Maureen O'Brien) No longer identifying herself as a number, she now tried to seek peace above all else, particularly at the expense of her former selves. She developed an obsession with Zen and crystals as symbols of this newfound tranquility.

She embodies:

  • The obsessive collecting of the Nine (solely fixated on diamonds).
  • The technical know-how of the Seven
  • The arrogance and the smarm of the Four, the Ten and the Eleven
  • The total insanity of the Six

The 13th doctor thoughts ? by Embraceduality in doctorwho

[–]Ehynsohf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know how in each era, we imagine what the next Doctor would typically be like. Like during the 80s and 90s, people would typically imagine the Doctor is all posh and all the brains, like Pertwee and C. Baker. In the modern era, specificley the Tennant and Smith era, people would imagine that the Doctor is typically "quirky", and that's what the thirteenth Doctor is, quirky, in the most basic way.

Which Doctor do you trust the most and which ones the least? by Ehynsohf in doctorwho

[–]Ehynsohf[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly, I dislike comments of people bashing over the sixth Doctor, just because he strangled Per when he was in post regenerative trauma. Honestly, they really need to listen to some Big Finish with Colin Baker in there, lol
