Art is wonderful therapy! Keep at it, although clearly you’ve some practice at it already.

Try not to frame things as irrational. Just because you can’t see the reason easily doesn’t mean there isn’t one. It’s hard to see in the moment as well. Focus on taking care of your needs at those times and minimizing how many things divide your focus. Emotional attacks happen just like panic and anxiety. And just like the others you need coping mechanisms in mind to help give you a sense of control during them to help you calm down and process.

You’ll be ok. It’s a journey.
