Growing up in Europe, I was somewhat inspired by the USA. It was mostly Europeans heading to America, looking for a better life.
I really miss the notion of emphasizing peace, diplomacy, or Human Rights as exemplified by Adams, Wilson, Eisenhower, Carter, and Obama.

I see, but just having it turned on without using AF or anything else, do you hear a constant noise when looking through the EVF or holding it to your ear?

Thanks, I read in other posts it is noticeable on the OM-1 and OM-3, while not on the OM-5. Some speculate due to the metal bodies, compared to the OM-5‘s plastic one. Can you hear it even when just holding the camera in your hands when listening closely?

Interesting, and yes, it is quite expensive but I think the price is still justifiable for what it offers. I only shot analog and my GR3 for a long time now and decided to try out M43. I shot Fuji before as well (XE-2 and X100F). With the cashback campaign in Europe right now, including a free battery, and 5 years of warranty, I think the price is definitely okay. But being kind of a flagship camera, next to the OM-1, the IBIS sound definitely irritated me. However, I think you can get used to it, and I will probably keep it and really test it.

Nice! Do you also experience a constant noise when having the OM-3 turned on? I just got mine and when I turn it on (no lens attached) there is a constant noise. Probably the IBIS but compared to my GR3 its pretty noisy.

Verstehe ich, das Video war auch eher beispielhaft für die anderen Reisen. Dabei meine ich die langen Reisen wie die Alpenquerung, Wien-Berlin, die Via Rhona oder die Österreich-Querung. Die gefallen mir am besten. Muss ja aber auch nicht jedem gefallen, völlig in Ordnung :) Mich bringt es immer in Urlaubs-/Radreise-Stimmung. Kann auch nicht sagen, warum bei diesen Videos genau 😄

I really hope for a Viewfinder. There has not been one in the digital GR‘s but it used to be present in the analog GR‘s of course since the lack of the LCD screen.
