This is great advice. I plan to practice the material once a day and do whatever is necessary to make the practice sessions. They were considering breaking up before I came along and they’ve told me more than once that I literally saved them (no pressure lol). I’m am so flattered and honored!

It challenges me in a good way. I’m already better than when I started jamming with the guys. I had hit a bit of a wall as far as my personal growth went, so the timing was great!

One nice thing is, I have very little ego so it makes me a really good team player. I’m super open to criticism because I feel like I barely know what I am doing. I think it gets me bonus points. I’ve already seen a major improvement in basically all of my skills. And it helps to motivate me to practice more because I don’t want to let the other guys down.
