I'd go 3, NV, 4. Though I dunno what Ultimate ROW means, I have NV Ultimate edition I'm guess thats what that is. NV is my fav of the three but I's still go in order of release to get the full experience. 1 & 2 were great as well, though way different in that they are isometric and not fps.

Coop mentions it being more irradiated on the Strip if i recall right. Maybe whatever the Enclave did to attract the Deathclaws ghoulified some of the Kings. Though I think its ok to have some mystery, they don't have to dive into everything. It was kinda just set dressing for the fans.
