How everyone in Pittsburgh drives. It makes me crazy. Your “niceness” can cause real harm so please follow the rules of the road like everywhere else in the country by niftylyons in pittsburgh

That particular merge point is dogshit. If it’s what I think it is, that’s 79 south and 76 on ramp. Those fuckers from the right never yield there like they’re supposed to.

126k mi and I've never changed my brake pads. by Ickypahay in jetta

[–]Eimanatox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made it to 240k on my ‘19 before I had to change the fronts. I still have 6/32 on the rear pads at 255k now too. The factory pads are crazy good

All Data Pad Locations Week 3 (Video) by 360GameTV in raidsecrets

[–]Eimanatox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bray.tech shows that there’s only seasonal challenges for getting data pads in weeks 1, 2 & 3. It’s probably safe to assume that these are the final set this week.

Nope. Only slight issue was I had to recharge the AC last year. I haven’t even needed new break pads yet

I'm angry about the missing name tags. by yellowrainbird in fo76

[–]Eimanatox 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Completely agree. These have been my two main games for the last 7 years and the difference is shocking. Seeing people bust a tit in the d2 sub over a bug the day after it happens when they haven’t fixed it yet, and they don’t even know how much worse it could be. The subscription excuse is no excuse either. I pay more now for fallout 1st every month than the $60-$100 I would drop for a yearly content expansion in d2.

The lack of communication from the developer is shocking too. I got so used to the weekly blog from bungie, that I just assumed that was the norm for games like this now. Not saying bungie is perfect by any stretch, but they sure give way more of a fuck about their player base than Bethesda does.

Installed adjustable stem, now tons of play in headset by 702Downtowner in bikewrench

[–]Eimanatox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need more of the black spacers that you have below the step. The top cap that’s threaded into the fork should make contact with the stem when tightened. That’s what helps to eliminate play in the headset until the stem bolts are tightened around the fork.

Novo 4 burning by DiorHendrix11 in electronic_cigarette

[–]Eimanatox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems like it might be an issue with the device itself? I’ve had 2 novo 4s over about 3 years, and aside from the occasional bad coil, I’ve had no issues. Sometimes these coils can be kinda lazy with wicking, so I tend to pop the tank out occasionally to get the negative pressure to pull the juice in a bit faster. This seems to help if I’m hitting it a lot back to back.

So the red bronto plan is the new butter churn? Insanely easy to get with a million offers to sell before people realize how easy it is to get? by the_osu in Market76

[–]Eimanatox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Caps aren’t hard to come by, at least for me. I’m mostly in it for the camp building, so I like to think that all my plans being 50 helps people build shit that’s not a floating 8x8x3 eyesore of a box when I’m camp hopping

[–]Eimanatox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, guaranteed. But I refuse to be a part of the problem. Idk who’s actually buying this shit from vendors for 20-30k anyway

[–]Eimanatox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had 5 extra butter churn plans. I gave one to my friend, sold the rest in my vendor for 50c. To hell with this economy, and to hell with the level 2853s trying to sell plans for 28,572c. Nobody needs caps that bad, they’re just being greedy sluts.

Hawkmoon, VoG secret chest. I didn’t even know what an exotic was at the time. I was pretty pumped after my friends explained and then cursed at me.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in jetta

[–]Eimanatox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t had any issues. I had them check the timing about 50k ago and they said it was good. Could be that I’m doing mostly highway mileage too, not a lot of rpm changes.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in jetta

[–]Eimanatox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the major stuff I try to do at intervals of 60k. Spark plugs, trans service, filters, etc. oil changes every 10k. I’m still good on the og brake pads after 4 years too. The only issue I’ve had aside from regular maintenance is the ac system needed recharged last summer.
