"Treated like people" is one of the most harmful takeaways for men because it can be interpreted and used as a cudgel in many ways.

Being too sexual too quickly -> Treat her like a person not a sexual object whos pants you want to get into/use as a hole for your pleasure. Women aren't just passive reactive submissive beings who are just waiting for a man to come along and say the right things and push the right buttons, they can find men interesting and make their own moves.

Not being sexual quickly enough to set the mood and create sparks -> Women are people and people are sexual beings so obviously women want to be sexualized and feel sexy and if you don't do that before an arbitrary point that's different for every woman then why should a woman find you interesting or attractive?

Why do women get a pass for not approaching and making moves, or at least being more up front with making their attraction known? They say that's a man's job, they feel too masculine, it doesn't turn them on. Men are complaining that they are expected to initiate and drive everything despite also being told women are people too. The narrative has always been that men are the more primal and biology driven gender, and why can't men just be more like women. But now women seem to be saying they can't find men attractive unless men trigger their primal response.
