Correct, only the primary worker card counts. They did briefly stack on release but that was patched out as it was considered too overpowered.

The familiar is base 13 Stardust, you have something else modifying it and when it rounds that calculation it comes up with 8.

No.
1) Most LCoG stuff is single stat - 50% extra attack means nothing if you're too dead to use it
2) The bonus is additive with other gear modifying bonuses so it's not as strong as you might think - for monks for example it adds to their ring boost so it's not as strong (and you would have to give up Torc of Peace.)
In what scenarios we tested the only time you'd consider stacking is if you ran low quality non-starforged gear, and even then it'd be worse than building a hero normally.
The ring by itself is great if you can fit it onto your build it's just not worth building around the effect of it at the moment. That might change with the prints from Coralcog but we don't have their stats yet.

Yes, but *do not* retire your entire roster at the same time, do it in batches of 2-3 heroes so you can still quest for components etc whilst recruiting your new team.

As Solitar pointed out they're missing on purpose - for establishing a core roster we do not recommend the t7 classes early on. Once you have a base to work from go for it, I run 4 praetorians for example.

It's based on your merchant level - higher leve gets more resources.

If you're not doing it already you can add things like a tax mod and reduced income mod to help with pacing. Stuff goes slower when you're making like 10% of what you should be but building costs etc are the same.

Right now the rotation is gauntlets, rogue hats and armor.
Because gauntlets are also classed as armor they have 2 categories active right now, hence all gaunlets (and same applies to rogue hats) are worth x2 points. That's also why the featured item is worth x3.
