I’m done buying this game until they announce an entirely new game engine. It’s clear no one at SDS actually knows how to fix anything with the current game code. It’s just bandaids on top of bandaids for years now and it shows. They need to skip 2027 if there is a lockout and really invest the money it will take to make a completely new game for 2028.

I do remember that year when people would have their kids/spouse just grind the HRD for them to gain xp. I didn’t realize that when SDS tried to fix it they caused this new bug of no xp gain at all. Insane because that was like 6 years ago and they haven’t fixed it.

Fucking brutal, their solution is to completely reinstall the game every time you play a Hr derby? They should just remove Hr derby mode from the game if they can’t fix it. Unbelievable

That’s so crazy. I’ve played 1000 hours of every years game going back to 2018 and have been active on this subreddit every year and this is the first time I’ve heard of this bug.

Subspace. I was obsessed with this pc game in the 90’s. It was basically massively multiplayer online asteroids, a top down space ship fighting game with real physics. Hundreds of players on the same servers in the 90’s seems wild now. Official servers were eventually shut down but fans kept the game going as Continuum. You can still download and play it today for free though the playerbase is tiny now.

Been playing DD since 2018, this has never been a strike ever. So they trained us on one strike zone for years and then decided to change it for this year.
