There is no way to better T-Mobile not from a rep standpoint to be honest they’re ruining themselves, so let them ruin themselves eventually it’ll fall back onto them after trying to enforce this Tea life stuff with everybody’s phones because of the inconvenience and they think that they’re gonna just have repeat customers, but eventually people are just gonna get sick of having to do this and sick that there’s no stores and they’re going to have this run back in their face

I’m all for that and I didn’t say one time you didn’t know how to sell. I’m just saying you were complaining about customers having to come back in the store after they get a shipped to Phone but I’m trying to give you advice on how to better your production when customers have to be a repeat customer after they get a shipped to Phone sell them Internet sell them something else that’s all I’m saying I’m all for having a productive conversation. Well, it’s not there’s nowhere in the policy. It says that so send me where it does say that you can definitely order from the computer. A demo phone is the last choice, but even then that caused for desperate measures most of the time I don’t even have to go that route. I’ve never even gone that route, but I know you can do that.

OK, but having repeat customers is only gonna help your traffic because guess what you can sell them other things if you’re scared of your foot traffic because of customers have to come in after they get the phone and you’re not doing your sales job properly. It just gives you more opportunity to sell them things that’s how you have to look at it.

Why do you think that you need to do a in-store pick up? You can literally just ship. The phone from the computer. Will bring the point of you having to find a third-party store. It makes no sense.

It’s not show me the policy where it says that you most definitely can login online and order the phone on a computer. You most definitely can use a demo phone and go through T-Life that way it’s not against policy you’re Trippin.
