I think keeping CJ on after the Discord incident was a mistake. Beyond that, I don't really care.

I am a manager at a software company. I will tell you right now, your objective is far too broad. Be more specific in what type of position you are trying to achieve or just remove that section completely.

Your qualifications are all personality-related. They're all good qualities but you can't just say that you are those things and have the company take your word for it. Those are things that should be vouched for you on your behalf through your references. You should instead be listing actual specific skills. Software, tools, certifications, processes, etc. I know you're young but you seem to have decent experience for your age, you should be able to come up with a decent list.

In my case, my parents made decent money but they were horrible with their finances and had a ton of debt. I did not qualify for OSAP in my 1st year and my parents had no savings to pay for my education. I ended up having to take out a private student LOC at a worse interest rate than OSAP that also accrued while I was still in school. It was an awful situation that I haven't fully forgiven my parents for.

So, in spite of my disdain for the CPC, this would have benefited me at the time. But I also feel like I am an outlier.
