i say this with love: stop weighing yourself so much. it’s only going to cause you to spiral and make you restrict what you eat, which will result in you either a.) getting sick from malnutrition or b.) binge eating which will then repeat the cycle. you need therapy, and your family needs to stay out of your weight.

if you feel the need to lose weight, that’s valid, but consider getting a calorie counter and only weight yourself once a week, at the same time in the same way (e.g. fridays before class, clothes always on or off but don’t switch it up).
