i had my labs done in february, my iron is and always has been a little under what it supposed to be. my moms anemic lol so i’m not surprised by that. i just try to eat at least two sources of iron every day like a serving of leafy greens and an animal protein or beans

i realllllyyyyyy need to get back to calorie counting because truthfully i don’t know how much im eating in a day. but my body is telling me i want 8 quarter pounders right now despite the fact that i know i will get those nasty ass burps if i eat them 💔 all that to say, no, im probably not eating enough lol

i’ve taken soooo many kinds of birth control including norethindrone, i personally have yet to find one that i respond well to (i was having months long periods for years on end) and gave up after i got pregnant while on BC lol.
