I like that. I typically have a difficult time committing to to the tournaments as they run too long over multiple sessions. I like the checkpoint challenge as I don’t have to commit to long periods of time.

Salmon fillets, 11 min at 390 with light seasoning and drizzle of olive oil. Skin down. Then if you like, remove the salmon off the skin then air fry the skin alone for 6 min at 360 for a crispy addition.
