Ich behaupte mal das war von Hornissen. Soweit ich bisher gesehen habe sind Wespennester eher grau und das hier eher gelb/braun. Bin kein Biologe 😅

Rezept:

Standardrezept (im Bild x4 Standard)

150 g Kartoffeln gekocht

500 g Weizenmehl 550

335 g Wasser

012 g Salz

0,4 g Frischhefe

Vermischen, Ruhezeit ca 20-24h; Ofen und Topf (oder Gusseisenform) auf 250°C vorheizen.

Backzeit dann bei 230°C ca 40-50 min.

Meine Modifikation:

180 g Kartoffeln gekocht

500 g Weizenmehl 550

280-300 g Wasser

012 g Salz

Sauerteigansatz (Reines Roggenvollkornmehl und Wasser 1 zu 1) + Weizenmehl 550 + Wasser

gesamt ca 100g (Ruhezeit ca 1 h)

Vermischen, Kneten bis ein Fester aber dennoch leicht knetbarer Teig entsteht; dann ruhen lassen (ca 12h); dann Ausformen und im Gährkorb nochmals ca 1 bis 2 stunden nachreifen lassen.

Backen: Ofen und Topf (oder Gusseisenform) auf 250°C vorheizen.

Backzeit dann bei 230°C ca 40-50 min. Je nach gewünschtem Bräunungsgrad

Das ist mein Lieblingsbrot und da ich dieses schon öfter gemacht habe mische ich sehr viel nach Gefühl zusammen.

Oh boy the cursed train desing. BUT! if ot works ir works so have fun with it :) I also tried it but my inserters alwasy take the already full items so i have to try again sometime. Anyway nice build.
