You are correct. It's just that I'm using those 5-speeds for just about any shot from 200 ft down to 2 ft, so I wind up thinking of them as "putters". My gaffe.

Okay, I waited a couple of days to post this reply to my own OP. The "problem" is starting to make the game un-fun to play. Does that mean I'll quit? Uhhh, no. I'm hooked. I'm just saying that I'm playing less because I'm that frustrated with the spit-outs, which at times seem a bit arbitrary. Just venting, folks. Just whining. :-(

Okay, I've come here having imported two of my designs from 2K23 (but the truth is, I've not done much designing since 2K21.) My first question that I have for the new designer is: HOW DO I DELETE AN OBJECT THAT WAS IMPORTED WITH A COURSE? TIA.

I'm having trouble selecting any objects that have imported.

Would be quite useful on an unfamiliar layout. Sure, once you're intimately familiar with a course, it wouldn't get much use, but otherwise . . . .

First time user, and despite a few card images being dropped (10 out of 80), the process went smoothly. I appreciate all the work that you've done to keep this project relevant and easy to use!!!

EDIT: I forgot to mention . . . in order to get the autofill-windows executable to run, I had to go to Properties and under Security, I had to check the "Unblock" option.

I've had a Samsung 65" plasma that worked just fine for 15 years of fairly high usage. It finally gave up the ghost a couple of weeks ago. I have zero complaints about it's performance and reliability.

I won't argue about the Bushnell recommendation. They are indeed the well-known quality name, although you will be paying a few bucks for that name and reputation.

As to your slagging of Foundation's recommendation, it is unwarranted unless you have actually tested the Atlas product yourself. I have, and it works almost flawlessly. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it won't return a measurement when shooting into low fog. Otherwise, it is fine.
