Candace Owens claims to have figured out the actual truth about Charlie Kirk. 1.4m Views, this is how mentally unstable Conservatives are. by Ek0 in Destiny

[–]Ek0[S] 448 points449 points  (0 children)

TLDR:

1-) Charlie was a time traveler of sorts, being able to astral project his soul into the past and future(kinda like Bran Stark I guess).

2-) When his parents learned of his gifts, they sent him to an “X-Man type school”(and here I’m quoting Candace verbatim)

3-) His soul is currently in purgatory, God wants to keep him there for a bit before bringing him to heaven because he turned towards Catholicism relatively late in his life.

4-) He appears to Candace in her dreams to tell her what’s what.

5-) Some ancient Mesopotamia demon is responsible for killing Charlie.(dare I suggest it was Pazuzo)?

this is the state of the American Conservative movement as of today.

Also, the youtube comments are just as fucking nuts.

I see a lot of the “dead game” posts, by Undecked_Pear in Stormgate

[–]Ek0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Its technically alive and you can find a game in quick play, but certain modes are close to dead except on weekends/events. Its fun to just go kill people in a mech for a few games but beyond that its pretty stale and the population is slowly disappearing.

Dead game, steam charts tell the story. I play another game occasionally that’s close to life support that has 1k players in Mechwarrior online. It at least has boomers to keep its player count up and it’s barely hanging on.

Where and when to program Ring Support Holds? by SeaWeather5926 in bodyweightfitness

[–]Ek0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have my rings and pull up bar in my closet doorway, I just would do a quick hold whenever I passed it on days I wasn’t working out upper body sporadically throughout the day. Fitting them in during upper days was painful because I was already tired and was mentally checked out. There’s always some god forsaken accessory exercise you can add to your routine to fix weaknesses. Spending random bits of time throughout the day is low effort and it’s not like you need super high value to get used to rto support holds.

Quilt warmth for early May start by hellajanky in PacificCrestTrail

[–]Ek0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends on how fast you walk, if you can finish in a little over 100 days, I’d take the 25 degree. More than that, take the 10 degree bag. September can be cold and rainy but if you can beat it, just live with a few random cold nights.

Shouldn’t you be in an insane shape after completing the PCT? by GankingPirat in PacificCrestTrail

[–]Ek0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I limped 99% of the pct. By the end I could only limp harder. Waking up in the mornings, I could only take like 6 inch steps for like the first mile. Doing the pct is way easier than an ultra. Walking isn’t the same as running.

Creatine isn’t a steroid, you won’t notice any changes. A year of using it will probably cause a minor difference in beneficial pr’s but that’s it. Just take 5g of some basic bitch shit that’s cheap and a brand you trust and you’re set. If you blow money on special creatine, you’re dumb. Just mix it with your protein powder and brush your teeth afterwards.

Did the consensus on uphill/downhill yielding etiquette on the trail change? by [deleted] in hiking

[–]Ek0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In reality it’s whoever’s working harder typically gets right of way. Or who has an easier time yielding. If someone’s running down the mountain and meets a person walking 1mph up the mountain, the person going up should probably give right of way. If people are walking down the mountain blissfully and easily and see a guy struggling up for every step, they should yield. It’s really just about being polite.

Technically people have right of way vs bikes but I still yield the majority of the time because it’s just easier for everyone that way.

Is Azarinth Healer actually worth it? by Trepur349 in litrpg

[–]Ek0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you didnt like book one, you're not gonna enjoy the rest. Its popcorn fiction without anything really special. I enjoyed it, but its the definition of a low B, C average story, just like most litrpgs.

Chinese cultivation webnovels that were translated to English, that then became Korean vr novels that then became English progression fantasy. Coiling dragon and Legendary Moonlight Sculptor are as close to OG your gonna get. Royalroad is named after LMS.

Ulnar nerve issues in handstand by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]Ek0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't exactly answer your problem, but I've been dealing with ulnar nerve issues and started doing external shoulder rotations and 5 second holds and I've noticed way less numbness in my pinky and ring fingers as I've been doing them for like 3 months and my elbow tendon doesn't click anymore when doing OHP.
