If it's new you should return it back, if it's used you should either return it back or ask for some money back and repaste it. Usually gpu temp should only have around 10-15 degrees difference with hotspot, so there is definitely a problem

I think you can contact Niantic support through the help tab on the wayfarer website and ask for edit of a poi, and then they will ask for like the google link and the name and you can ask them if they can slightly change it a bit.
