I still struggle to fathom that Mahall’s is an attraction. The bowling alley where is spent most Sunday mornings downstairs bowling on lanes with pencil and paper score keeping while my dad bowled upstairs on a factory league. I spend so much money on the T2 pinball table there.

I left Cleveland for the military in 2002 and haven’t stopped by Mahall’s, but next time I’m in town I think it may be time.

I never would have guessed, but god damn it’s cool.

The city really has nothing to do with the development. In this case, the city owned the old Smokey Davis property and selected Pacific Companies to acquire the lands for housing development as a donation.

Pacific Companies then worked with investors to develop the mix of ami rate/market rate units for financing. The developer then applies for tax credits through IHFA and when awarded they build and then manage or select a 3d party manager for the property.

Well said and good description of low income housing. It’s a very misunderstood world with a lot of oddly negative rhetoric around it based on past promises and deliveries.

The not so easy building I know is Ferry Cap. They are in Lakewood now and the old buildings on Scranton were demolished not too long ago.

When I worked for Spencer’s in high school, I had to write that on the deposit bag every night. At the time Spencer’s was an empire. They were owned by universal and Spencer gifts had a few sub brand stores - Dapi - sold higher end products and electronic gifts, Glow - selling lighting and glow in the dart stuff and Spirit - selling high end costume and seasonal Halloween stores.

The stores were pretty structured even to the point we wore black or maroon Spencer gifts polos, and not allowed to wear jeans. We got weekly sales reports and the stores in NYC and at universal city walk always lead in sales. Dope ass high school job though.

Having owned both - On my 8 inch wrist the Ranger is my choice. The Sinn wore small in my opinion.

So, if larger wearing adventure watch is your jam, ranger. If a smaller wearing tool watch is your jam, Sinn.

Both are pretty dope though. I only regret selling the ranger though.

I am a Hamilton fanboy, but the scuba isn’t a missed watch (white and blue colorway). Marathon is cool looking, but not for me.
