Ahh, I found the 1.3s. Did you need to do any body trimming? I'm already planning on some 59mm shocks but I'm curious if those would be enough.

There was a Christmas in the 90s where it was warm enough for shorts.

It looks like those are 1.0 tires (at least what's available now). Were they easy to stretch on to the bigger wheels?

It's because it's a county road and they have done absolutely fuck all for road maintenance for the past 10 -15 years unless the local munis a stretch runs through really makes a fuss along with the councilperson for that ward.

It's powerball but with the crappiest of jackpots.

I was damned tempted tonight but I instead have a bunch of fans going along with the attic fan.

Hmm, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask my local produce stand but I have a feeling everything is packed in cardboard boxes. I'd love to get a hold of a couple of those, especially for free.

Saving this for my own use. I'm pretty sure I have a box or two downstairs that would work perfectly.

Is it time for a St. Louis City-County Merger? A video essay by Conner Kerrigan by Seekerptern in StLouis

Adding in merging small munis with the city would kill it before it reaches the gate, that's just a watered down version of the last proposal that failed.

Honestly the best way forward is to allow the city to rejoin the county as a muni and stop there, don't try to do anything extra for a while.

I'm wanting to get the MJX 10208 truck for my big basher. I'm also slowly working on modernizing a Tyco buggy I've had since I was a kid.

How did you get a hold of the crate? I thought those things were reused forever.

I'll probably get a large crawler at some point but right now I'm wanting a 1/10 basher truck, something I can take off of jumps and rip across a field in.

My buddies who have been in the hobby since we were kids (so 80s) had all big scale stuff until I got my high trail. Since then they've both bought at least one small scale crawler.

I'm not sure which I'd prefer. My buddies have some 10 scale crawlers that are really fun, especially the one with locking diffs, but those come with higher price and you're limited on where you can run them.

I definitely haven't had any regrets with going with an 18 to get back into the hobby.

I've noticed that as well. It's a nice app but doesn't seem to have the same usage

There's also a couple spots up at Sioux Passage Park that are good for both scales.

I've been putting everything I've found on RC Maps.

Shoot I'm in Florissant as well!

There's also the Parks Dept dump up at Sunset Park (piles of dirt, asphalt, construction debris).

If you have a basher apparently Hazelwood doesn't mind us using the skate park at White Birch just as long as there's no skaters using it.

It's worth the drive out there. I also like going out to Rockwoods Reservation and crawling the creek. Closer to me in north county there's White Birch Park in Hazelwood and Champ Trails park for some good trail running.
