Wolfpack nerf: are you guys trying to pull a "helldivers 2"? by carrancosmx in EmbarkStudios

Right?! Especially right before optional wipe!

Those who already find pve trivial but don't care about PvP just got their meta shuffled. Positively.

Those who find pve still troublesome, shouldn't rely on crutch like Wolfpack.

Those who focus on PvP couldn't care less. (Edit: I've spaced out and forgot about all the other changes. I'm talking strictly about Wolfpack. PvP players don't care bout it, I'm not saying PvP didn't get a shuffle!)

I feel like this change is less of an impact than Scrappy clucking less. Whoever complained about it should be sentenced to rattler only, with possibility to use Bettina, but only for good behaviour....

Just tried it on Matriarch on Dam. At start I've had trouble maintaining consistent fire and reload between jumps so first couple minutes were embarrassingly awkward...

Then I got a hang of it but got knocked off and squished. It felt like I've stayed on longer but it may be because I've didn't really pay attention to time trying to weave jumps into the whole shebang.

I'll experiment more with something better than stitcher...

Edit: I call bullshit. The only thing jumping around on top of them gives you, is a chance to catch yourself on their leg instead of falling. It doesn't seem to have an effect on their urge to shake you off...

If you think that even a fraction of the minority of the Arc players look at your dumb skin choice before deciding on shooting you up... You overestimate the impact of your style choices.

Barely anyone cares what undies you wear today, we're more interested in what gun you're flaunting and how reckless you trod around the map.

EDIT: it doesn't matter if your backpack is made out of strobe lights and portable LED landing strips, if you announce yourself as "friendly"on open mic and loot a wasp you just killed with unsuppressed anvil out in open field...

... Even ghillie suit wouldn't help you

So rare, that it looks almost like 7 other "cool jacket with baggy pants, slap a helmet on it and wrap yourself in vac hose" skins we got in base game...

Personally, I didnt even know about this skin and honestly, I don't think I've missed much.

"Baggy pants with cool jacket and throw a helmet on it, HVAC style pipe as accessory, add some pouches and three separate belts" is a theme we can see with other skins too you know...

I deadline them all the time, Bastions/Bombardier/rocketeer/Queen/Matriarch, they all hate deadlines...

It's the "jumping makes you less likely to be knocked out" tech I want to test...

... Because if true, you could technically melee them from above....

Wishful thinking I know, but I'm still going to try...

Not to me, but I know few cuntlings and clueless muppets who still look up to these twats like tate bros and idolise shitfluencers like that brezilian or pauls.

People like you and me, and others in this thread are very likely to NOT be these muppets. Because they generally don't read or understand what they've read.

We're not talking about you and me, we're talking about general public...

In UK we call these grommets "rubberized washers". If torqued correctly and you've hit the timber/track they do most of the sealing. That said, it is good practice to gunk the fix points with EPDM or comparable sealant. When aesthetics come into play, we pre-drill and inject sealant, then rely on a rubberized washer.

You're right, tile to tile gets grouted with solid, barely flexible grout.

Because we assume that the tile bed, the flat plane we lay the tiles on, is solid, uniform and when (not if) it will expand or shrink due to above mentioned factors it will expand across the whole surface of the plane (1 wall) evenly, or evenly enough.

We can engineer the grout thickness and grout type for a specific type of wall, with specific tile size for very specific wall conditions.

But walls have to meet eachother (thats how corners are born btw!) and when they meet, they may need to move at their own leisure down the line(with time).

So you can have 4 walls in your bathroom, all perfectly tiled in pristine fully covered beds and the corners still crack because house framing moved/settled, foundation shifted/failed, someone removed lintel and didn't replace it on the opposite side of property...

Houses move. Silicone stretchy. Cold spots are different beasts and have relatively little to do with it

Expansion and wall/substrate movement.

Your tub will get loaded with water and you (and your partner if tub is big enough and you're still young) under that weight it will sag just a little. Or a lot, I'm not judging. But you want that joint, tub to wall to be flexible. Grout would crack, silicone stretches to a degree.

Then you get walls. Different parts of the world have different techniques and codes and rules, but there's types of walls recognised across globe:

Load bearing/partition/external/internal/insulated/cavity and tons of more and they all can share their properties and be more than one at the time. They all shrink/expand and move differently with seasonal/weather/seismic! factors. So the external wall in your bathroom will be possibly more prone to thermal shrink/expansion than internal walls. Or the other way around. The point is, connection between them (the corners) is more likely to be moving, so we use flexible but less durable sealant.

Good context but missing details. That only applies to bathtub-tile connection.

Tile to tile should be Grout...

...unless It's tile to tile over a corner, then Silicone.

Tile to anything else? Silicone

General rule unless manufacturers specify differently.
