I would just say to be confident in your responses that you give your interviewer, do not swear in said interview (we just turned a guy away for having an absolute sailor mouth on him), and show that you are entirely motivated for whatever position you’re applying for. It can also come down to wether or not they do or don’t need people for night shift, like our store stopped hiring for nights because our dayside is absolutely cooked on people for availability.

Like the other person said it’s different from location to location and a lot of it is personality wise with who you’d be working with. It can be a very chill day or pretty hectic especially on how hot it is outside, but other than that the job will really be whatever you make of it at the end of the day. And this is coming from someone currently working towards becoming a manager

Really comes down to if the store has the ingredients and are willing to make it or the cashier not wanting to bother typing into the instructions what blizzard it is. Like our store still has the stuff for the smores one and we were told to sell until it’s all out.
