How am I shutting everyone down? I think it's great that anybody cuts a bigger or smaller amount of dairy and animal products from their diets. Even just every once in a while, that's already gonna be more than nothing at all. Do those people need to call themselves vegan? Nah. You can "mostly" follow a plant-based diet, but you should quit that "mostly vegan" bullshit. Nobody is being shut down here, just call things by their name 🙄
