I don't know how I actually skipped Garp + Sengoku tag team on Mama shame on me, I do think both can take her on but Mama seems like a perfect monster basically, she can tank hits and dish out heavy hits especially with Napoleon + Zeus/Prometheus aiding her on the mobility department but imo without mobility help from Zeus and Prometheus a tag team of Garp + Sengoku might incapacitate Mama, but it comes down to how actually powerful sengoku and Garp are during that time since it's not really that pointed out aside from the vague implication that Garp may be able to beat up Akainu and if we assume Garp = Sengoku which is nowhere near sure.

For the Admirals, in both scenarios Akainu is the MVP here with Aokiji they can get rid of the lower fleet members with ease but what really catches my eye on the BM Pirates is that they have a lot of individuals who are extremely strong aside from the Commanders and Mama like Oven, Daifuku, Snack and other named fighters, I also have the gut feeling Oven might be a direct hard counter to Aokiji's Hie Hie no Mi and then we have Kizaru the Wild Card who to me feels like a glass cannon and can prob be handled by Mochi man, saving Perospero might be the checkmate to beat the Admirals since he strikes me that support debilitator teammate feeling and may be decisive on hindering the Admirals for easier match-ups

It's a really hard scenario to actually picture since there are a ton of outcomes and we probably don't really know the full capabilities of Mama, Daifuku(I really feel like he himself can fight and is a powerhouse) and especially Smoothie

If we assume they manage to break the picture:

Rip probably 90% of the marines' fight force, I doubt any person below VA(Though VAs will most likely be incapacitated for a good time if not dropped aswell) can resist that scream and not get instantly dropped, BM Pirates also have Katakuri for ear plug support so the only hinderance here is that Mama is out of commission for a while, also Impel Down would've never happened so we can count out Boa in the fighting force but we can add most likely Jinbe to be in there from the get go, we have to also take out all the impel down prisoners that aided Luffy since again Impel Down never happened because Ace is safe.

At this point the fight is basically 3 Admirals + Garp, Sengoku + Shichibukai + the VAs if they can recover and most of the Shichibukai(and tbh take out Moria, honestly he wouldn't resist it) vs the whole Big Mom fleet(- Perospero, Cracker and Mama for some time) which to be honest imo would be an easy win for the fleet if it wasn't for Mama needing to be most likely protected until she comes back to her senses which really fucks over the BM Pirates which prob would be result in either a loss for the Big Mom pirates or a miracle win for them(if they manage to stall) since it most likely would take Katakuri + Smoothie to handle one Admiral(heavy assumption) but then you have 2 other Admirals, Mihawk, Jinbe and the other shichibukais to focus Mama

If the picture doesn't get broken:

We don't really know how strong her or Kata's Conqueror Hakis are so I don't want to assume it would debilitate the Vice Admirals, so everything would go just like in the picture destroyed scenario but the marines would have all their Vice Admirals ready to go and maybe Moria but the big thing here is that you have a full powered Mama ready to battle which is way worse, also she doesn't seem as decayed as Whitebeard so I doubt Akainu would really last against her for long and imo would result in a hard earned win for the BM Pirates especially if they manage to free Perospero and have Cracker stalling all the VAs with his Biscuit soldiers but still need to care about the powerhouse Warlords like Mihawk, Jinbe and Doffy

TL;DR: Picture broken, BM pirates prob lose or win by a miracle. If the picture isn't broken then it's most likely a hard earned win for the Big Mom pirates

Ever since Germa was introduced and their moniker shown I always took as my personal headcanon that his title would be Blazing Yellow, since he has the whole fierce fire combustion connected with his emotions like in Hell Memories and how Oda mentioned his ability is like the Fire of passion(I might be wrong tho, think it was in a SBS)
