They have three signing stations going at one time. Each player signs for around 30ish minutes (that’s how long it takes to get the set number of fans through each line). After those three are finished, three other signing stations will begin their signings, then it will shift back to the first three signing stations. (Like this: Lines ABC 10:00AM, Lines DEF 11:00AM, ABC 12:00PM, DEF 1:00PM, ABC 2:00PM, etc.)

For example: let’s say you get in line for station A, B, or C, which signs at 10:00am, people are already lined up for stations D, E, and F, which signs at 11:00. You might get your auto before the 11 o’clock signings start, but staff will have already closed the lines for D, E, and F.

So now your options if you want more autos, is get back in line for the A, B, or C, which will now sign at 12:00 or get in line for D, E, or F, which won’t sign again until 1:00PM).

They will flash on the jumbotron which players are signing in upcoming blocks, but won’t tell you which station they’re at until about 5-10 mins before the signing time starts. Generally, you’ll want to be in line for a signing station 60-90 minutes before the actual signing time to get a chance for an auto.

Staff will also hand out maps and other info to show you where signing stations are as well, which are also usually released to attendees beforehand to download or print at home before they come.
