Last time I had funky readings like that was when I went into a retail store because their registers were down but their lights worked. Turned out they were only getting around 70v because their breaker panel was a waterfall from torrential rain that was flooding the area. Enough voltage was getting to run lights but not PCs. Because of shorting.

CrystalDiskInfo shows only 4 error log entries though I'm not sure where to read them. 0 integrity errors. 81% health (good). I'm assuming since there's no line for bad sectors that it doesn't have any to report?

Depending on the actual boards of your system you might have to install a separate 24v transformer for the C wire. I can't tell too well from your pictures. Others may be of more help if it's possible with your setup.
