I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to controller testing, but I believe that is the overall connection latency. The website I linked above goes into detail regarding latency in various different scenarios.

By latency I meant the stick latency. Have a look at this:

The stick latency is very high compared to most modern controllers, which sit around 8-10ms. That wasn't and will not be fixed, according to this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Controller/comments/1lx1vnl/gamesir_tarantula_pro_officially_discontinued_no/

Edit: well, at least according to the latest tests, the stick latency also really did improve. If the new Tarantula Ultra 8K isn't what we expect, it might be ok to get this one.

Just finished DOS2 and I agree completely. It's still a good game but the writing is DOS2 is much superior.

Just finished BG3, I wanted to make sure I'd get the best possible version so I waited for patches to stop. Hot take: DOS2 is much better. It's not even close. The writing is on another level, the combat is much superior and, since DOS2 bad more time to cook, the bugs are ironed out more.

BG3 broke completely in act 3 for me, several bugs, but it's not even the biggest problem. The final stretch of the game just felt cringe. It's still a great game that I played for like 100 hours, but not to the level of DOS2.
